Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Aakash Rai, learned counsel for the Selection Board-respondent no. 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent no. 1.
The petitioner had participated in 2011 Selection of English Lecturer. He submits that he has not been given copy of the OMR Sheet.
Learned counsel appearing for the Selection Board submits that as soon as written examination is over, one carbon copy of OMR Sheet will be handed over to each candidate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made a representation asking for OMR Sheet and he was informed that since the selection has not been finalized, therefore, OMR Sheet cannot be given. He further submits that now selection has been finalized, yet OMR Sheet has not been given.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner has not been given OMR Sheet at the relevant point of time and the same is available on the record, a copy of the same be given to the petitioner in accordance with law.
