The grievance of the petitioner is that the application of the petitioner 6 C-2 seeking temporary injunction is pending in Original Suit No.413 of 2017 but the same has not been addressed and now the court is fixing a date only for filing of written statement/issues and the date for consideration of the application 6 C-2 has not been fixed.
If that is so, the petitioner can apprise the court concerned on the date fixed as regards pendency of application 6 C-2. In case the application 6 C-2 has remained pending and there is no legal impediment in consideration of the said application, the court concerned shall accord consideration to such application and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
