Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri J.P.N. Singh, learned counsel for opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 13.9.2019 passed in Writ-A No. 25966 of 2019 (C/M Janta Inter Cllege and another vs. State of U.P. and 4 others).
Today when the matter was taken up, Sri J.P.N. Singh, learned counsel for opposite party filed affidavit of compliance before this Court, the same is taken on record. It is admitted between the parties that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the matter.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
