1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel and Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha.
2. While the petitioners are aggrieved by certain constructions that are being raised by private respondents over the land in dispute, nevertheless, it is admitted to the petitioners that suit for partition filed by both sides are pending before the respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Manjhanpur, District - Kaushambi, wherein status quo order is already operating.
3. In view of the above, no interference is warranted on the merits. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners file a copy of this order before the respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks from today, the suit proceedings may be concluded as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of a copy of this order, provided the petitioners do not seek any adjournment during that time period.
