Present application is filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jhansi to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Case No. 1821 of 2006 (State Vs.Anuradha Tripathi & others), under Sections 323, 325, 504 and 506 IPC arising out of Case Crime No.287 of 2006, Police Station-Prem Nagar, District-Jhansi within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jhansi is directed to conclude the proceedings of Case No. 1821 of 2006 (State Vs.Anuradha Tripathi & others), under Sections 323, 325, 504 and 506 IPC arising out of Case Crime No.287 of 2006, Police Station-Prem Nagar, District-Jhansi, expeditiously preferably within six months in accordance with law. Learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jhansi, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
