The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 07.01.2013 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 72 of 2013 (Smt. Chandra Kala Devi Vs. Mr. Suhas L.Y. District Magistrate, Jaunpur).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Shri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
