The petitioner is a disabled person. His grievance is that his land is being unnecessarily encroached upon by the respondents No.5 and 6 and the district authorities are not paying any heed to his grievance.
The petitioner in this regard has submitted a representation on 26.7.2018 to the respondent No.2.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with Government Order dated 1st May, 2017 most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
