Heard Shri Vashishtha Dhar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no.5 and Shri Abhisekh Shukla, the learned standing counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for seeking an appropriate direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent concerned to decide Recall application in Suit No.T2018141801000403 of 2005 (Badri Narayan and others Vs. Gaon Sabha and others) within a stipulated period.
Learned Standing Counsel states that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending and the same be disposed off by giving appropriate direction to the respondent concerned.
This writ petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent concerned to decide Recall application in Suit No.T2018141801000403 of 2005 (Badri Narayan and others Vs. Gaon Sabha and others) to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law preferably within 4 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any frivolous adjournments.
