Grievance of the petitioner is that the application which he had filed for vacating the stay order dated 27.2.2020 was not being decided. It has been stated that an application was filed on 21.3.2020 as because of the interim order which had been granted in the Suit the interest of the petitioner was being prejudiced.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application dated 21.3.2020 filed in Suit No. 787 of 2020 (computerized case No. T202015060701121), be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
