Vide letter dated 2.4.2018 after making proper enquiry, as per circular issued by this Court from time to time, Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned has reported that sole appellant Chandra Bhan has died nine years ago.
In view of the aforesaid, appeal stands abated and is dismissed accordingly.
Lower court record be sent back to the court concerned immediately.
