Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 27.7.2021 registered as Case Crime No.0177/2021 under Sections 323, 427, 504, 506, 452, 336, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. states that chargesheet has already been submitted before the competent court on 27.8.2021. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to apply for bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
