It is alleged that the order of the writ court has been violated.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out wilful and deliberate disobedience of the writ court order.
The contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate expedite application before the court below in the pending proceedings. In the event such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided on merits.
