JUDGMENT / ORDER

As prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner he is granted a weeks time to file supplementary affidavit.
Put up as fresh on 19th May, 2014.
In the meantime, the learned Standing Counsel is directed to produce the original record of case no. 1012 under Section 9-A (2) Village Paaus, Post Gontha Pergana and Tahsil Ghosi, District Mau which is said to have been decided on the basis of a compromise on 12.2.1977 by the next date fixed.
Copy of the order be supplied to the learned Standing Counsel today itself, free of cost.
