Heard Mr. Sudhir Dixit, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing respondents-1 to 3 and Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel representing respondent-4, Gaon Sabha.
At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition as petitioner wants to seek remedy before authorities concerned. Accordingly, present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned Standing Counsel and Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel representing respondent-4, Gaon Sabha do not have any objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.
In view of above, present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
