Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned court below to decide the Rent Revision No.23 of 2017 (Chandi Prasad vs. Rent Control and Eviction Officer) in accordance with law expeditiously, within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide the aforesaid Rent Revision in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.The concerned court below shall also make endeavor to decide the stay application of the petitioner, if any, in accordance with law, as far as possible on the next date fixed.
