The grievance of the petitioner is that the Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), Irrigation, Ghaziabad has not paid certain dues relating to land acquired in pursuance of the land acquisition proceedings said to be initiated in the year 2010.
From a perusal of the facts stated in the petition for writ, it is not clear that from whom the dues are to be charged. The pleadings are vague and to some extent it also indicates that the dues may be against respondent no.4, a private person.
In entirety, in absence of definite details, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter in writ jurisdiction. The writ petition hence, is dismissed.
The petitioner may agitate his grievance before the Competent Authority.
