Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition reads thus:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing of the impugned first information report dated 06.11.2017 registered as Case Crime no. 1243 of 2017 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., P.S. Khudaganj, District Shahjahanpur vide (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition)"
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 bearing no. 11 of 2018 dated 02.02.2018, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
