1. By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 74 days caused in preferring the Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.312 of 2011.
2. Heard Ms. Avani Thaker, learned advocate for HL Patel Advocates for the applicant and Mr. Y. M. Thakkar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Having regard to the averments made in the application, the Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been made out so as to condone the delay of 74 days caused in preferring the civil revision application. Under the circumstances, the application is allowed. The delay of 74 days caused in filing the Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.312 of 2011 is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly, with no order as to costs.
