1. Rule.
Mr K.L. Pandya learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the State.
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find out match from the Common Marriage Bureau organized by his community.
3. The applicant-convict has been recently released on furlough from 26.10.2011 to 8.11.2011 and the ground is not such where his presence can be said to be indispensable. Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised, and therefore, the application is not granted. Rule is discharged.
