It appears that numerous applications have been made by the Pradhan of the village complaining of unauthorized occupation over land recorded as Khalihan and land which is reserved for Kanya Pathshaala.
The instant writ petition is not by the Pradhan but by his son.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that no complain regarding aforenoted unauthorized occupation has been made by the petitioner.
In my considered opinion, the petitioner has no locus. The person who has been complaining of unauthorized occupation of Gaon Sabha land above, namely, the Pradhan can maintain a writ petition.
This writ petition is dismissed holding that the petitioner has no locus to maintain it.
