Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 890 of 2017, under Sections 302 and 201 IPC, P.S. Tajganj, District Agra, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Considering the fact that the applicant is named in the commission of the offence. It is submitted that the applicant is servant and main prime accused. It is most abhorring and dare devil act in which the entire family including the applicant in order to save their sham and artificial honour have killed the deceased and later on set her ablaze without informing the police. The prosecution is under Section 302, 201 IPC and the charge sheet too was submitted by the police under these sections. I do not find any good reason to enlarge the applicant on bail. The bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected.
