By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have sought that the respondent no.2, be directed to decide the Case No.6735 of 2018, Computer Case No.T201806370106735, (Chandan Singh Vs. Amar Singh) under section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before respondent no.2, expeditiously, preferably within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months in accordance with law unless there is any legal impediment.
