JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The counsel for the applicant argues that the NBW has been issued. However, he undertakes that he wants to surrender within 15 days before the court concerned. In case the applicant surrenders on or before 05.03.2021 before the court concerned the NBW already issued to him shall not be executed. On his surrender, he will be free to file an application for bail which shall be considered in accordance with law.
The application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed off.
