Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that the controversy raised in this petition stands answered by this Court under the judgment and order dated 16th April, 2018, passed in Writ Petition No.2813 of 2017 (Ran Vijay Singh and 34 others Vs. Union of India and 6 others).
For the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms.
