Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to investigate the matter if possible by any other agency and take the appropriate action against the respondents concerned in alleged Case Crime No. 106/2019 (State Vs. Mahabir Singh and others) under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Shakhpura, District Ballia in pursuance to the affidavit of compliance dated 3.7.2019 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 16951 of 2019 given by the respondent No. 2.
Mrs. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A.-I on the basis of instruction submits that against the accused-Mahabir Singh chargesheet has already been submitted in the year 2019 and the name of accused-Indrawati Devi and Pankaj Singh have been exonerated.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
