Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the original suit no.20 of 2011 (Chandan Devi Vs. State of U.P. and others), pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.)/FTC, Chandauli since 25.01.2011, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (S.D.)/FTC, Chandauli to decide the aforesaid case/appeal/application/suit, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
