This petition is before us with the prayer as follows:-
"(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.3, Vice-Chairman, Greater NOIDA Authority, District Gautam Budh Nagar to consider the representation dated 29.5.2018 filed by petitioner (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition).
(II) Any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
The representation dated 29th May, 2018 is available on record as annesure-1.
Having considered the facts stated above, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the respondent no.3-Vice-Chairman, Greater NOIDA Authority, District Gautam Budh Nagar to consider and decide the representation dated 29th May, 2018 within a period of one month from the date the petitioner presents a certified copy of this order along with a copy of writ petition.
The writ petition with the directions as above, stands disposed of.
