Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is husband. On the basis of false allegations First Information Report was lodged against the applicant and entire family, in which all other co-accused have already been released on bail. However the applicant is in jail since 03.6.2009. There is one minor daughter aged about three years. 27th June is date fixed of the marriage of the brother of the applicant. However, if the case could not be heard on merit today then at least prayer of parole be granted to attend the marriage of his brother.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the applicant namely, Chandra Deep @ Sonu be released on Short Term Bail for a period of 15 days to attend the marriage on 27.6.2010, in Case Crime No. 337 of 2009, under sections 498A, 304B I.P.c. and 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Shikohabad, District Firozabad on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
After expiry of the aforesaid period of 'Short Term Bail', the applicant will surrender before the Court concerned and will file copy of the 'Surrender Certificate'.
List on 19th July 2010 before appropriate Court. Let a certified copy of this order be issued to the applicant, if possible, today itself on payment of usual charges.
