ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioner alleges that respondent No.4 is interfering with the civil disputes pending between petitioner and one Subrahmanyam.
3. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions from respondent No.4, states that as per the preliminary enquiry, O.S.Nos.200 and 210 of 2008 are pending before the Additional Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Kurnool, regarding the land to an extent of Ac.1-04 guntas in survey no.770/C2 situated in Kallur villager and Mandal, Kurnool District. It is stated that when Subrahmanyam complained to the police of illegal interference by the petitioner, respondent No.4 called both the parties with the documents and advised both the parties to approach the civil court where the dispute is pending. It is also stated that the Additional Superintendent of Police, Kurnool, directed respondent No.4 to verify the ownership by approaching the Mandal Revenue Officer and except that there is no other interference. It is also accepted that the civil disputes between the parties are pending in the civil court and, as such, police will abide by the directions of the civil court.
4. In view of the said categorical statement that the civil court is seized of the dispute, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
