Shri R.K. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks the permission to withdraw this petition with a view to take out an appropriate representation making suitable request to the concerned authority for doing the needful at the earliest, as th lady leaseholder is unnecessarily put to hardship for no fault on her part, as there is no irregularity found in the DLRs report.
Permission as sought for is granted. In case, if such a representation is preferred, same shall be responded strictly in accordance with the provision of law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation thereof.
Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
