This writ petition has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 28.1.2021 passed by the respondent No. 3/Bal Kalyan Samiti/Nyaypeeth, Kasganj and further directing the respondent-authorities to produce the petitioner No. 1/corpus, who is illegally detained by the respondent No. 2 in pursuant to order dated 28.1.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
