Heard learned counsel for parties.
The prayer made for the benefits of compassionate appointment being extended cannot possibly be countenanced bearing in mind the fact that the husband of the petitioner died on 07 January 1992. Accordingly, relief-1 is refused. Insofar as the prayer for compensation is concerned, it is only observed that it shall be open to the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of that grievance if that be relatable to any scheme for compensation that may exist.
Petition shall stand disposed of on the above terms.
