Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following prayers:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 18.10.2019 under the scheme of Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Beema Yojana and pass compensation of the death claim by respondent No.3 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The prayer prayed for is not as such which cannot be granted by this Court hence, the same is granted in part.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Jaunpur to decide the representation dated 18.10.2019 moved by the petitioner on or before 31.10.2021.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
