This writ petition has been filed for a relief that the encroachment made by the private respondents over the pond situate at plot no.657, 658 and 659 be removed.
Learned Standing Counsel has opposed the writ petition and submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an application under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. However, if the petitioner files an application under section 67 of the Code within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order, duly certified by the learned counsel, the same shall be decided within a period of two months thereafter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
