ORDER After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioners filed the Memo dated 09.12.2019 seeking to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, in view of the Order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Mahesh Kumar Sahu and another vs. M/s Malleshwaram Cooperative Bank Limited and others made in Special Leave to Appeal Nos.2191-2194/2019 dated 18.02.2019.
