Considering the facts and circumstances of this case impugned action of District Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Ahmedabad (Rural), dated 2.9.2009 shall not be implemented till 29th September, 2009.
On 29th September, 2009, the District Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Ahmedabad (Rural), shall report to this Court about status of Cooperative Societies and as listed by the petitioner at page 8 of this petition and action taken in this regard.
Leave to join those 13 societies as party respondents.
