The petitioner, after was granted a Patta, has stated that she had now been dispossessed. She has made an application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar for getting the possession back. This application, learned Standing Counsel submits, is under section 129 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, after giving a definite number to this application, may proceed with the matter and decide the same within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
