This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned letter/order dated 03.08.2018 issued by the respondent No.
3. Annexure No.-8) to the writ petition.
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent No. 2 to release the petitioner claim under decide the representation dated 07.02.2019 of petitioner within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that an application was filed by her before the Respondent No. 2, District Magistrate against the rejection of her claim by the National Insurance Company under the scheme 'Mukhyamantri Kisan and Sarvhit Bima Yojna' but no action is being taken by the said authority.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the Respondent No. 2, ventilating her grievances within 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its Annexures. In case the petitioner approaches, the said authority shall look into the matter and do the needful expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
