1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that her mutation Case No. 6094/2020 (Champa Devi Vs. Moolchand) filed under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, has remained pending before respondent no.1/ Naib Tehsildar, Khapraha, District - Jaunpur, since 5.10.2020.
3. In view of the fact that the aforesaid case has been recently instituted, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the aforesaid case may be decided, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that time period and cooperates in the proceedings.
