(By Sri.E.S.Indiresh, AGA) …Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to consider representations dated 04.07.2018, 05.07.2018 and 06.07.2018 filed by the petitioner and to pass an order in accordance with law as per Annexure-A, B and C and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Sachin.B.S, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider representations dated 04.07.2018, 05.07.2018 and 06.07.2018 filed by the petitioner and to pass an order in accordance with law as per Annexures-A, B and C.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that suitable action in accordance with law shall be taken on the representations submitted by the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
