O R D E R Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not taking a decision on the representation dated 14.12.2018 submitted by the petitioner to take action regarding the operation of autos in the District of Chamarajanagar.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate fairly submits that there is no legal impediment for the respondent No.1 to consider the representation at Annexure-K in accordance with law, within a time frame.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 14.12.2018 at Annexure-K submitted by the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in an expedite manner in any event not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
