JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Mr. Niraj Ashar, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice of Rule on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Mr. Manish J. Patel, learned Advocate waives notice of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 and 6.
2. Considering the averments made in the application whereby the applicant-original petitioner seeks to amend and add paragraphs 26 to 31 after paragraph 25 and also add grounds (s) and (t) after ground (r) deserved to be granted. Mr. Niraj Ashar, learned Assistant Government Pleader and Mr. Manish J. Patel, learned Advocate have no objection if the same is granted. Hence, the application is accepted. The applicant-original petitioner shall carry out the amendment and furnish the amended copy of the petition latest by 15.3.2012. Rule made absolute with no order as to costs.
