RESPONDENTS ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.51 of 2009 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First class, Prattipadu.
2. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner in spite of posting the matter under the caption “For Dismissal”.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that according to letter received from the Sub-Inspector of Police Kirlampudi, East Godavari District, C.C.No.51 of 2009 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Prattipadu, is ended in acquittal as per judgment dated 22.03.2013.
4. In view of the acquittal recorded by the trial Court, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, Crl.M.Ps if any shall stand closed.
