1. The present application is filed by the convict through his mother seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to complete the construction work which is undertaken while he was on furlough leave from 24.5.2012 to 6.6.2012. In support of the application, a panch rojkam in presence of Talati-cum-Mantri of Mulchand Gram Panchayat is enclosed.
2. Rule.
Mr. Pujari learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under section 376, 34, 366, 368 and 506(2) of IPC for seven years imprisonment as awarded vide judgment and order dated 13.5.2010 Sessions Case No. 87/2009. By now, he has undergone 2 years, 3 months and 8 days as on 21.6.2012. He has enjoyed two temporary bail and in first temporary bail he reported late by one day at his own. He has enjoyed one furlough and reported in time. Nothing adverse is reported against the convict.
4. Taking into consideration the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The present applicant-convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.
5. The convict shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the above temporary bail period. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
