Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the Chief Medical Officer, the fourth respondent herein shall duly evaluate the claim of the petitioner in light of the communication of the Director, Medical Health & Services dated 21 March 2018 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that all further documents that may be required by the respondents for the purposes of evaluation of the claim shall also be submitted as and when demanded.
In light of the statement so made, which is recorded and accepted, this petition is disposed of.
