Chaman Prakash Sharma vs State Of U.P. Thru Prin. Sec. Urban ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|29 June, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajesh Chandra,J.
Main grievance in this writ petition is that pursuant to the judgment of the Apex Court the things are to be settled by means of public auction.
Submission is that instead of public auction the respondents are to settle the things by tender process.
Sri V. B. Mishra, counsel for the respondents submits that entire proceedings will take its final settlement through public auction by permitting the eligible bidders to bid in presence of everybody and thus procedure will be resorted to.
In view of the aforesaid submission/stand, we are not inlcined to pass any further order and thus writ petition stand disposed of in the light of statement so made from the respondents side.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
