A counter-affidavit has been filed by the respondents.
From the counter-affidavit, it appears that the alleged detenus numbering 3 have been arrested in connection with FIR.No.141 of 2014 and they were remanded to judicial custody by appropriate Magistrate.
The petitioner or the learned lawyer appearing for him has not filed any reply.
In view of the aforesaid fact, we close the Writ Petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
