Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Rent Control Court, as per the order passed on today, allowed the application to issue summons to the witnesses and therefore, this Original Petition (Rent Control) has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Original Petition (Rent Control) is dismissed as infructuous.
