The courts below have concurrently decreed the suit for recovery of possession on title. It has been uniformly found that the plaintiff has title over a narrow strip of land after acquisition of the remaining portion. The identification is on the basis of commission reports and plans based on survey sketch. The finding is rested on oral and documentary evidence and no substantial question of law arises in this regular second appeal.

The Regular Second Appeal is dismissed.
