O R D E R :
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. The writ petition is filed complaining inaction in disposing of representations dated 20/09/2008 and 14/12/2008 as illegal, unjust and arbitrary.
3. The petitioner prays for a direction to dispose of the said representations and pass appropriate orders on the complaint canvassed in the said representations.
4. The representations relate to a few of the anomalies in maintenance of 10 [1] account by the first respondent. The complaint of the petitioner is that these anomalies in revenue records are unauthorised and not preceded by lawful orders and also without notice to petitioner. He demands enquiry into these anomalies and subject to the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner wants passing of final orders and restoration of original entries.
5. The request of the petitioner is reasonable and there ought not to be inaction in this behalf.
6. The writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representations dated 20/09/2008 and 14/12/2008 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.
8. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
